Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 27-07-26

We aim to get your order to you as smoothly as possible. Here’s what you can expect.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within a few business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which we’ll communicate at the time of order.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and will generally fall within a standard shipping window. We’ll share estimated delivery timelines with you at checkout or upon order confirmation.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll share tracking details with you where available.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather, holidays, etc.). We appreciate your patience in such cases.
